Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Be in their original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in the original packaging where possible

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Underwear, socks, or other hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or colour, please contact us before returning your item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is faulty
  • The item was damaged during delivery
  • We sent the wrong item

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
